Shipping & Delivery Policy
indiancolours.com is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via Government Registered Bookpost or Speedpost.
How the delivery charge is calculated for multiple units?
Shipping is free for Domestic locations within India. Cash on Delivery (COD) charges are additional.
Our prices are all inclusive. All taxes are included in the prices for Domestic orders.
International Shipping is chargeable. The charges are based on volumetric weight and location. Minimum charge applicable is for 0.5 kg regardless of actual weight of the product. Applicable charges will appear in the cart once you fill in your address and other details. Do note that there might be taxes applicable on your order as per rules in your city or country which are beyond the scope of Indian Colours.
Modes of Payment
Customers outside India can safely make payments via PayPal.
Within India we accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards, debit cards, apart from bank transfer and cash deposit.
Online card payments requiring the use of a payment gateway will attract a small transaction cost. This amount is a percentage charge levied by the gateway on your total amount. This charge goes directly to the gateway and is not the cost of the products in your cart.
If you wish to avoid transaction fees, do use the banking options such as NEFT.
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Orders are dispatched within 3 working days or as per the delivery date specified by you at the time of placing the order. Most orders are delivered within 3 to 5 working days. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.
What if the product is received in damaged condition?
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person immediately. In such a case, please email us at email@example.com mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
